-Restore on the floor (Pillows and blankets are lovely)

-Creative Expression (have a journal, art supplies, or other creative modality nearby for 5 minutes of personal reflection

-Yoga Nap! Learn the deep relaxation practice of Yoga Nidra also known as Yoga Sleep (20 minutes of this        practice has shown to have the same effects on the body as 4 hours of sleep!)


What to bring: 

-Online Classes require Zoom (a free application downloaded and installed)

-Blankets, Pillows, Journal, Water, Yoga Mat and/or Chair

-Open Mind
